We want you to feel confident shopping with LUNOYA. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days after your order is delivered.
Return eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition and packaging. Please keep your order confirmation or other proof of purchase. Worn, used, altered, or damaged items that are not the result of a product defect are not eligible for return.
How to request a return
Contact us on WhatsApp at +86 13926487515 within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number, the item you wish to return, the reason for the return, and photos when relevant.
Wait for our return authorization and return instructions before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your shipping receipt.
Return shipping
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, LUNOYA will cover the reasonable return or replacement shipping cost. Please contact us as soon as possible and provide clear photos of the item and packaging.
Refunds
We will inspect your return after it is received and notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may require additional processing time.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please contact us on WhatsApp.
Exchanges
To exchange an eligible item, contact us on WhatsApp first. The fastest option may be to return the original item and place a new order after the return is approved.
Order cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped.
